it seems that there is an underlying misunderstanding of a right....
dogs are property... and my property is my right, it is not a privilige...
but with any right comes responsibility... exercising your rights does not eliminate the results of not handling your responsibility.....
no one has the authority to tell me I can or can not have a dog...but I must understand that if I do not handle my dog correctly, I can pay the penalty for it.....rights do not mean no punishment for exercising them incorrectly..
firearms are my right, but I can be put to death if I mis-use them....
