9 months is still pretty young teenage months.
I think there was another good pic of Lilly(I think) and killed paper
If you're talking about my Lily, do you mean:


BTW- all the toys/objects on the floor were once on a table. She had a knack for jumping on the dining room table, knocking everything off and destroying it.
Lily was the queen of relapses. She just didn't care. You wouldn't be gone 10 seconds and she'd destroy something. It took her almost 7 months to housetrain, and even then she had a couple accidents for the following months.
Some dogs just don't get it. It finally clicked somehow for her, but she's still crated when I can't watch her, 100% of the time. She'll still destroy things if I'm not there to stop her, or eat bad things, which is even worse.
I spent close to 6 months regretting everything about her. But I toughed it out, and I'm glad I did.
