I am so very sorry for your loss.

I know this is a very difficult time. Do you have a friend that might be able to either take dylan for the time you will be gone, or come and stay at the house with him?
Or, perhaps your vet might be able to take him for that time.

I hope you are able to work this out, I know how difficult it is adding one more thing to an already full plate with the arrangements.
