Its freezing in South Florida today! 33 degrees as we speak.. Josie my puppy won't go outside lol shes freezing. So stupid question but how do I handle this weather? Do I just keep Josie in and not try to walk her? she has a sweater...we just are not used to this bone chilling weather we are used to also need entertainment ideas cause this is gonna last to Wed.. thanks everyone
Its 18 degrees here which is completely unheard of even in January and Februrary much less December . I hear you though on the weather in South florida. My Aunt spent the weekend in Miami and wasn't supposed to come home until the end of this week. She cut her trip short and just came back early. I would have stayed. Its warmer there than here in TN.

You can do short quick walks but don't stay out too long. We have been urged to keep ourselves bundled and stay indoors if at all possible and our pets in. Do to the wind chill issues (it feels a lot colder than it is). Hypothermia and Frostbite is a real concern right now.

There are lots of activies you can do indoors. Play catch the tennis ball. Do you have a laser light? As long as your dog doesn't get obsessive over that its a good way to wear your dog out. Maybe play a treasure hunt. Scatter your dogs food around your home and let the dog track it out. Work on some obedience, you know exercise the mind.
