I let my indoor dogs out last night & it was 17 with the wind chill. But you couldn't tell it. They were out there taking their sweet time playing "scratch & sniff" (seperately one at a time) all over the yard like it was 80 degrees on a weekend. I was the one shivering on the porch telling them "hurry up!" lol.
