In the past (uhhh, 2 months that I've had her, heh) I have had to leave three times, and she stayed with a friend. In the future, I'll probably board her, or have my parents take her, because my friend owns a pit bull as well and she came back with bites last time .

That's only, of course, if I can't drive. She's coming to Houston with me this weekend and next month she'll be going on a 18 hour car ride with me up north. Can't leave her butt alone for that!

My big problem is that I go overseas about once a year for a month. It was one of the reasons why I waited so long to get a dog, but I finally caved to my doggie desires. I imagine for that she will do a combo of kenneling (a good family friend runs a great one) and staying with my parents. And I, of course, will miss her like crazy. God, it's bad enough when it was just missing my cat.
