Okay,
So I am the shelter manager of my local NO-Kill shelter. Well I feel bad for even thinking this.

I feel that while yes the idea of no-kill is amazing and is gives everyone good vibes. I feel like sometimes no-kill can be just as bad as a kill shelter.

In my shelter right now i have 3 dogs who have been here 6-7 months. They all three have no really had mush interest in these months and are starting to get the effects of being in a kennel this whole time ( we don't have a foster program yet).

One dog that has been here 7 months has become VERY DA as I feel has the potential to be HA, as well as chronic mange and constant eye infections. I just feel like she has a very slim chance of being adopted and sadly is taking up space to take in another dog that would be more adoptable

Idk is it wrong to think that while we are no kill that keeping dogs as long as some have been here is even more inhumane then it would have been to let them be put down in a kill shelter?
