Yes. She will be staying with me. I also have a sponser. Msacer the woman who replied to my thread " pulling pit bull from animal control" will be sponsering her and is her offical sponser. All I'm waiting for is to pull her out which will be this friday. I will be going to CCAC on tuesday to put a hold on her and called CCAC on saturday to let them know that she will be pulled/adopted out by me. They know who I am since I see them half the time at my work when they bring in animals.

I'm super excited that I've found a sponser I never expected a response from anyone really, at least on here since most of ya'll are up to your ears with dogs Msacer has her her rescue in MI and is a complete angel. She will be going to my place for a heart worm test but sadly I cannot get employee discounts because 1) she's not my pet 2) I cannot add her to a foster roster because CCAC did not bring her into my clinic as a stray.
The clinic I work for is ER only and the prices are very high. Just to get my girl spayed it was 600.00 dollars. I will be getting this girl spayed through a low cost spay program or it could be free since she's a pit bull there are some spay clinics that spay pit bull for free but they are in other counties and you must be a resident of that county to get it. The spay should be around 50.00 I'm hoping. She will be going to an RDVM for her shots, exam after she passes her heart worm test. After that she'll be kept at my home and will be loved, trained and bought back to health as she is very, very skinny from being neglected. I will take her with me to work to have her around other people and will socialize her once she calms down and get's used to being in my home. She's a very, very sweet girl. The second day I had her which was the last before she went to ccac she had already perked up and was no longer cowering in her crate. She was wagging her tail at me and my husband and even showed some personality in my car, barking at other people and acting exicted to go for a car ride. I think she'll be just fine.

Once I feel that she's ready to be adopted out I don't care if it's months from now, however long it takes I'll put an ad on here, and petfinder.com and at work. I hope I'm not too picky as to who she goes to prolonging her adoption but she deserves to go to the right home. I will know what kind of home that needs to be after getting her.

thank you to msacer-janet for taking on this little girl!
