congratulations on the new digs! That is an accomplishment in and of itself...one thing though, make sure the landlord gives you permission IN WRITING!!! You don;t want anyone to give you grief or her chnage her mind later on if SHE gets grief (other folks could complain loud and long to her about discrimination and she does have a business to run)

Yea this happened to me several years ago I had my old dog in an apt and the landlord refused to put it in writing that my dog was allowed so I could get him a license
