Yeah, apartments are going to be a bit tougher only because you often have to deal with their insurance companies and the prejudice of big management groups.

Does the place have to be on the Eastside? I have friends that live in Lake City in a pit friendly apartment complex. I can check to see if there are any openings if that isn't too far out for you.
