A lot of people really don't care about their dogs. To them they are just objects for their amusment, whatever that may be.

I've had to pick up and carry Lily before. This one jackass had a large pack of terrier/bulldog mix (you do that math on that one

) hunting dogs and a very DA springer spaniel just loose in his yard no fence, no chain spots, no nothing. And this was a friggin' subdivision! I've started just not walking in residental areas at all. I sure don't in my neighborhood that's for sure... the dumbass across the street lets his EB and stupid Lab out into the front yard loose by the busy street.
