I grew up with boxers. Good god. I hope you have a lot of energy and patience. And I recommend any males in your household to invest in a sturdy cup, or to just be prepared to protect their balls. They're called boxers for a reason, and those big paws WILL seek and destroy your manhood.

Ha! my APBT does the same to my boyfriend. He punches him with his paw and also hits him with his tail, lol.

The boxers I've been around are nice, very high energy dogs though. I also echo the feelings on timid dogs. Request to see both parents and observe and interact with them.
