I understand that.. but why people here when presented with a dog without papers.. we all call it mutt?

Because half the time, the people that posts the pics also posts something along the lines of "what do you think he/she is." Now don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with mutts. I've had the opportunity to work a few blackmouth cur x apbts and they make good catchdogs. However, most of us say mutt since without papers, you really can't tell. Hell, even with papers you can't tell. I'll bet you money I can register an apbt mastiff mix and falsify the ped. Then I can register the dog into the adba and they'll accept it because I have the $$$. I'll bet you any amount you want to bet, in fact, it has already been done. Look at the camelot and the dagger dogs.
