Hobie- Hobie came to me at 9 months old. He had never seen a collar or worn a leash..had been in the car a total of 2 times in his life. Yeah..he was horrid. I got him from my dad's friend who got him from another mutual friend that bred the litter. I've had him ever since. He will be 11 this year.
Now-


Red- I got Red from a breeder here locally. We(my Ex and I) had Hobie and he wanted a dog of his own. He wanted a GSD, Aussie, APBT or Rottie. I was looking through the paper and came across an ad for ASTs. I went and looked at them with a friend and told the Ex that they were some cute puppies, it had to be a female and he wanted to pick it, that was fine...afterall she was HIS dog. He chose Red over a smut colored bitch. I liked Red's temperament and drives. The breeder gave her to us as he had, had 1/2 the litter stolen when they were young. She came with AKC papers as well as UKC and *gag* AAPBA papers. Anyway, when the ex and I broke up 3 months later, he said he didn't want the dog. So, Red came to live with me and grandma. I've had her ever since, she has been to hell and back with me and I love her to death with all her faults and idiosyncrasies.

Judge- Judge was bought after Red had to be retired from Schutzhund. He came from a member of my Schutzhund group and a friend. I watched her dogs for years and finally I had the chance to own one. Judge was pick of the litter and is my heart dog. That dog would do anything for me. I actually helped place Judge's littermates as well, I vouched for a friend at the time to get the Plush Coat bitch and another club member took the 2nd pick bitch out of the litter after seeing them evaluated when I got Judge. He was bought for the sole purpose of working a dog in bitesports.
