ive always used Delta and have only had one problem when an adult dog busted outta her crate in an Atlanta airport. i was pissed cuz she was placed with a vet overnight and then flown out the next day. they didnt contact me, so i had to make two trips to the airport. but ive never had a pup or adult show up in bad shape, which is more than i can say for some of the transporters ive used
