ive always used Delta and have only had one problem when an adult dog busted outta her crate in an Atlanta airport. i was pissed cuz she was placed with a vet overnight and then flown out the next day. they didnt contact me, so i had to make two trips to the airport. but ive never had a pup or adult show up in bad shape, which is more than i can say for some of the transporters ive used

My first choice is Delta for now. But the only thing I'm concerned is the layover which is an hour at least depending on the flight. Which will make the flight at least 7-7 1/2 hours long.
