Destiny has worn a collar maybe 5 times in her life and she will be 2 this year, she has no hair on her neck and her collars have always been so lose that if she really tried hard she could get it off, we never figured out why it did that, but I am partially maybe even fully blaming it on the fact that she has a serious nervousness disorder when it comes to food, so I think it may be stressed. Good luck, and try Epi Pet to get the hair to grow back it works wonders
