Apparently, all you have to do to reg a dog with them is either have a pedigree from any other registry or have some vet agree with you on the breed and send them a check. You can also have a "licensed NKC breed inspector" look at the dog and register it if they agree with you on the breed.

They have a Bible quote on the end of the registration form page. Not professional.

So, no, I would say they aren't reputable.
