I agree but there are some people I just don't bother with, a bulldozer won't budge them. The dog is on good food now at least.

I just saw him, his brother had taken him out to lunch after dropping off a new tv and some other stuff and he totally forgot to close the door. He was very apologetic and since this kind of thing hasn't happened in the 7 months he's been here I'm not that worried. Just worried enough obviously to do more checks before going in or out.

The dog totally shamed him by coming over and flopping onto my feet when I went up there, dog apparently has always been aloof to everyone.
