I never deny my dog, she is great and that is the end of the story.

I also agree with being proud she is a pitbull and changing people's minds about the breed. My entire family was in shock when I told them what she was but they all love her now - and she is better behaved than 95% of the dogs we meet anyhow.

My gf's mother reaction was literally "it is going to eat all the babies" - as my gf had 2 new nieces and a nephew. Meanwhile her dog, a minature sheltie growls at the babies and has nipped at tons of people.

I wouldn't mind people not liking my dog if they all weren't so retarded.
