That is not exactly correct. There are "blue to the eye" dogs, but are not real true blues unless their nose is grey. There are "blue to the eye" dogs that have black noses. Just because a dog looks "blue" does not mean that he is a true blue. Only if their noses are grey.
I will find the info on it and links to explain better.
I'm starting to think he is blue, because I've always thought his pads and nose were dry because they are not shiny black like my girl's nose. Now I'm thinking that's just the color, grey.
