Rai, blue dogs can not have black noses. So, your dog has to have a blue nose, since he IS blue. The shade of blue can vary, and it can look black or almost purple.

There are all sorts of nose colours... red, liver, blue, black, dudley (pink, without pigment), butterfly (with some pink and some colour)... all of which correspond to what colour the dog is. You can't have a black dog with a red nose (but, they can have a butterfly nose) and you can't have a blue dog with a black nose.
So even if his nose were to look black visually, he would still be considered a 'blue-nose' dog because of his coat color, correct?
