Nc please dont misunderstand me, I never said his dog was vicious I said other owners with vicious dogs should be held more liable than a one time accident, but it depends on the scenerio. I also never said it was a good idea to take him to the dog park or agreed with it, I just didnt say 'they dont belong there.' As everyone else did, I dont always agree with that, and thats IMO.
