I am almost 100% sure its axemts...and now I am 100% my aunt just walked up to tapped me on the shoulder to say hello lol and she has a service dog so I asked her and she said they are exempt from everything like that, you don't even have to have a vest or documentation they do not have to make you proove it or anything. I remember reading something also about service dogs not acutally being considered dogs but more like how a blind person can have a walking stick and a person unable to walk can have a wheelchair.
