I am looking to have a Mature Conversation w/ some1 who says this is OK.

( yes I know some of the pix are from mange but that is still abuse if u don't take your dog in )

You wanted an opinion yet you singled out the APBT true purpose and somehow you interlaced it with abuse and neglect??? APBT is not the only breed subject to abuse and neglect, so why not rephrase your original post to include the pets and omit the breed, then you will have an opinion.
