What is wrong with these people???? They are suppose to be helping animals, yet they are doing more damage than the owners. Why let them sit there and starve. Euthanize them. Put them out of the misery. Better a quick death then a slow one. I keep reading more and more about shelters, humane society's, and spca's neglecting dogs. Something is very wrong somewhere.
