It happened to me again today! I took my Bubba to a state park in PA on the Deleware River. We walked around for awhile and then went down to the river bank. We started playing ball so I took him off leash. I could see down the river and there was two dogs farther down with a woman but Bubba was interested in the ball, not the dogs. He got tired of the ball so we started doing some training excercises. I noticed the woman started to come towards us so I put on the leash. When she got close I said hello but she gave me no reply. I said how you doing? She walked by like we weren't even there! Most people at least say hi or engage in some small talk about their dog(s) and mine. I hate when people are that rude! Any others encounter rudeness like this?
