ASPCA may say they are against BSL but they advocate mandatory spay/neuter which is basically doing away with the breed so I don't know how they are helping the breed any. The money ASPCA gets is used for lobbying to get laws passed and none of it goes back to your local ASPCA orgs.
I think she is saying the same thing I said earlier. Look at it like this, you have a hearding dog mixed with a "pit bull" the hearding dogs instincts are to nip at animals heals to get them to move, mixed that with a "pit bull" with fear aggression, now you have a dog that is high drive, high strung with a tendency to want to bite at the same time. Now mix in other breeds and you have all the traits and you don't know which traits are going to show.
