They are for eliminating the breed, that is just as bad or worse than BSL.

The only thing I see about taking care of it yourself is if you have an intact male outside and a in heat bitch stray gets pregnant off of him, you might not know this occurred so could not take care of this yourself.

I know it doesn't happen but you have to start somewhere, but if everyone took care of there property this wouldn't happen. Personal responsibility actually means something. It isn't my job to take care of someone else mistake.

I tell them yea there is risk but there is risk in anything that is for someone's own good.

It isn't my place to make someone do something for there own good, if they can't see it that is there problem.

I hate laws that force me to do something especially if it is common sense but since some idiot can't figure it out people want to make laws to force me to do something.
