same issue here.i personnally keep the paper towels/cleaner and puppy pee pads handy,as even if i put bella out on the leash and walk her till i'm soaked,she will hold it and pee/poo inside ,if i leave her out back,she has held it over an hour,huddling at the back door,comes in......... and pees.Tried taking up the pee pads, pees on floor.*sigh*
