People sometimes drive me nuts.

Me too. The most ridiculous thing was that this was a beach, where people are known to take their dogs. There is a little path that many people walk their dogs AND THEY WERE ON THAT PATH! I have NEVER ran into an aggressive dog or an idiot owner at this beach. Until I seen them. A lot of people were really upset because some people have small dogs. If that dog attacked, the other dog would still get hurt, and I can assure you that dog can get off that muzzle.
