Now you probably won't want to hear this, but this sounds like your fault.

Yes, your dog is probably a fantastic dog, however, the first time, it would have been a mistake, but the second time, shouldn't have happened. After the first time, you should have thought to yourself, "How can I prevent this from happening again?" Now I hope they don't put down your dog. I hope you get a second, well, third chance, for the sake of the dog. I hope you learn from this, and say to yourself. What do I need to do to keep Chipotle safe? A leash when you are outside, or a proper chain set-up. Whatever it takes so that he isn't getting over the fence and out into the general public.
