I know where I live the shelter won't adopt to anyone who is going to chain a dog outside ... that's my only suggestion. A chained, bored pitbull is a terrible thing! They don't do well with frustration....( of course what dog does do well chained outside?)
I talk to alot of people who have pits & they are outside dogs? In my opinion this is not acceptable for any dog much less a pitbull?
There are a good many folks on this forum who advocate responsible chaining as a method to control their dogs. You're more than welcome to duke it out on the thread in our general debates on chaining if you wish.
