My best friend had an english Bulldog named Walace. Walace definitly has issues that I am not even going to go into. I have been trying to help her fix the issues but walace lives at her mom's house and wont follow through with the training and obedience.

Anyways, when ever I go over there Walace is always happy to see me and runs to me to give me kisses. He will then roll onto his back and pee. I believe this to be submissive peeing. Yet he does not do this with anyone else. He does it with new ppl but he has known me his whole life and he is 3 years old. I cannot figure out for the life of me why he pees around me. I have never hit him or been mean to him I usually play with him and give him some exersize (he doesn't get that much).

Any thoughts on why he may do this?
