As a owner of a pit bull you must learn thet if your dog gets into a fight with any other dog your dog will be looked at as the bad one even if your dog didnt start it because your dog has the ability to do more damage not that your dog did this time,but what about if it was out and another dog did start something then your dog just went with it,your dog can really do damage and because of that in a judges eyes its the bad one.So you really need to find a better way to contain your dog.try puting concreat around the edge of its kennel,or get a good strong tie out.Pit bulls are the smartest breed i have ever seen they will find away out if there are any loop holes.Hope you get everything figured out and good luck with finding a new home.Sorry this happend.
