No takeaway sorted and hips are back to where they was before working. Im no longer flat at the top either. Im spending hours trying to get things sorted my backswing looks solid again and im starting more with the hips.
in my own opinion starting with your hips can actually cause you to come over the top and pull. Unless you have tour pro flexibility the best thing to do is to start with a lateral bump, drop the club then turn the hips and release. I worked on this with my pro and I improved tremendously. Even golftec said this was what i needed to do to stop slicing or pulling. Not bumping your lower body forward can cause your shoulders to be open and swing out to in.
