Our club championship just got rescheduled to the middle of August. It was the last weekend in July. I am trying to get ready for it this year since it's the first time I'll be playing in the championship flight. Here's the info:

Course: Squire Creek Country Club
Flight: Championship
Tees: Fazio (Black)
Yardage & Rating: 7,105/Par 72/75.4 Rating/146 slope

History: This is the second year I've played in the club championship at this course since I've only been a member for a little over a year. I won the first flight last year shooting 81/72, but that was from the blue tees. This will be my first year in the championship flight.

While I would like to finish first, I realize there are some pretty good golfers that I'll be playing with. Realistically, I'd like to be top 3. If I play the way I've played the past few weeks, I should have a good chance of reaching that goal.
