Are you saying to try to get there in 1? I dont know of any par 5's i can possibly reach in 1. If you mean to go for in two: To be honest, it just kinda sucks for the group behind. Im not one of the people who thinks they can bomb everything, but when i do think i can go for something, i go for it. There are 3 VERY eagle-able par 5's (450yd, 480 yd, 500yd)at my home course, and i go for all of them. I know its just one stroke to lay up, but one stroke on 3 holes is 3 strokes. Im not giving up 3 strokes for pace of play, let alone 1.
