Not that I have noticed.

When I walk, I turn the spout to closed just to be sure.

I do have some red from gatorade mix on my bag, but I think my butt/hip was hitting the bottle breaking the seal little by little.

There are other brands with the traditional bike bottle closure, but I like the Camelbak that you just squeeze vs. pulling out the spout by hand or teeth.

I have read that these are prone to leaking at the spout. Have you two had any problems?
