I've always received great service from Golfsmith. Like others said if you paid by credit card go back to the store and speak with the manager. I've gotten some GREAT deals just by talking to the manager (extra % off items and labor). As a last resort you could contact TaylorMade, but I'd go the Golfsmith route first.
