TMAG CS has always been fantastic for me.
But....in this case with the location of the dent, they may say that this dent looks like it was caused by slamming the club down into the bag and hitting another club.
Don't get me wrong...I am not accusing you of that at all. I'm just saying that the location of the dent and the severity along with the paint cracking could point them in that direction.
I'm pretty confident they will take care of you though. Please keep us updated !
