I go through every post and every thread.

Well, most of the time. If I know there are threads that other mods look at regularly (like the cigar threads), I usually don't look at those. If I am out of town and I come back to 3,000+ posts, I'll look over as many as I can. If I am pressed for time, and there is like 30 or 40 pages in a tournament thread, I usually just skip over some of those to get caught up.

Although I do like to do my catch up multi quotes.
