Yep, and you should now understand why we operate as we do. If it wasn't us doing it, someone else would.

That's how it worked in the Cold War, and that's how it will work in the future. Political vacuums are always filled swiftly.

Granted, China is doing it the smarter way by simply buying support instead of militarily intervening as much.
