Batali is a celebrity chef and restaurant group owner. I'm not saying he doesn't put in his time, but he's not in there at 5:00 am prepping or spending much time in front of a range at this point in his career.

Though he could cook for me and I'd be glad to give him lessons. The guy is phenomenal.
