The United States invited Kim Kye Gwan, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, to New York in order to discuss the issue of resuming the six-party talks.

Do you think that the six-party talks will restart?
Maybe the State Department is making nice with North Korea to thwart North Korean belligerence when Israel attacks another part of the "Axis of Evil", Iran- not that I'm of a paranoid or suspicious nature.
