Do you have to try out or are you already on the team? Team golf is so much fun. As a middle school student my daughter worked pretty hard, but would sometimes get discouraged and to be honest, a little lonely playing golf. When she entered her freshman year and played on the varsity with teammates, she absolutely went HAM for the game.

Enjoy it. It's been almost 35 years since I played H.S. golf, and I remember it like yesterday. Actually, I remember it better than yesterday. At my age, it's the short term stuff that fades quickly.
