It sounds like than within your set you are getting between 13-15 yard gaps between your clubs with the smaller gap between the shorter irons. Its not perfect but should give you a good idea what you hit each club. Personally I prefer to have my gaps get narrower in my wedges (in the 10-13 yard range), and then on the upper end have the gaps get a little wider.
