worst weather i have played in was 25* with a wind chill of 10* due to 20 mph winds. it was also raining ice, not quite hail, for more than half the time. it was a member guest and we didn't want to quit or withdraw. i don't want to do that again any time soon. we didnt have any cart covers or heaters either, not even hand warmers or winter gloves. i don't know how we made it

i would say that i usually don't want to play if it drops into the 20's
