Everyone here is different, so taking stock in others' distances is like saying that I'm going to try and have TC's exact golf swing. Everyone hits the ball shorter or further, depending upon their age, shape, technique, etc. The best thing for you is to go to a shop and hit irons for yourself and see if they will fit YOUR swing, rather than seemingly placing blame on people here on THP who are (for the most part) doing their best to give THEIR opinion on what they saw in performance.
