The club here in my neighborhood closed for almost a year and then finally sold, the new owners are rebuilding greens and doing some other renovation and are supposed to open this month or next. I will play there just to try it out when they are done, I had a membership before but will not buy another. Not worth it for the 'lifestyle' - I can play golf 5 or 6 times a month almost anywhere for less than the cost of the basic monthly fee so it just isn't worth it to me.
